File Handling & Retention

Files transmitted through the platform are processed automatically. Files are stored temporarily for processing and automatically removed after completion unless user storage is enabled.

Manual access only occurs for legal requirements, security investigations, or user support requests.

Data Protection Agreement

Under this agreement, the User acts as the Data Controller and Ovinova Technologies acts as the Data Processor.
