Official Compliance Terms for Ovinova SmartPrint

1. Introduction

These Terms govern the use of Ovinova SmartPrint, a service provided by Ovinova Technologies, a registered business name operating within Nigeria. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Service Description

Ovinova SmartPrint is a cloud-based document transmission and processing service that enables users to send files to authorized connected printers for output. The service includes cloud storage processing, document routing, device communication, and usage billing.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use the platform to:

  • • Process illegal materials
  • • Distribute copyrighted content
  • • Send harmful or malicious files
  • • Attempt unauthorized system access

4. Payments & Billing

All platform actions requiring processing consume credits or subscription access. Payments are processed electronically through approved payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

5. 14-Day Refund Policy

Hardware: Devices may be returned within 14 days if not physically damaged and returned with complete packaging.

Digital Services: Used credits and active subscriptions already consumed are non-refundable. Unused subscriptions within 14 days may be refunded.
